Wow, what a busy couple of days! Elise and I visited Life Instyle trade fair in Sydney last weekend to source new products from our very own homegrown designers. We set out with one main goal; to bring some new and exciting products your way.
First up for the day was a sit-down chat with Melissa from the Lotco. Melissa is a whiz at business consulting for the retail, fashion and design industry. Melissa shared with us many tips and tricks on how to grow our business after exploring the objectives of Hunter Style Studio and diving into our website and Instagram. Being such a new business, it’s encouraging to hear that we are on the right track. Tick for us! With Melissa’s recommendations in hand, we were ready to implement the changes and put her ideas into practice.
After a quick coffee fix, we tackled Life Instyle. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the event, it’s the go to trade event that showcases premium products and brands on the edge side of style and design. It was important to us that we went in with a plan of what we were sourcing and stuck to it, and as you know, we have a vision and know exactly what we want for our brand. That we succeeded in.
Next on the agenda was a top-secret mission. We attended the Sage and Clare trade show where they unveiled their upcoming collection ‘Tigre 20’. We can’t express to you enough that if you love colour, pattern and textures then you are going to love this range! Shop the collection by clicking here.
Day two, feet covered in band aids, we ducked back to Life Instyle for a very enlightening session with Fiona Killackey from My Daily Business Coach. She chatted to us about how to create cut-through content for our business and marketing. With more tips up our sleeve, we headed home to put all the suggestions into action.
We had a wonderful weekend and keeping with our vision, we sourced new suppliers to bring something fresh and hip to you and ultimately into your home. We think we are on a winner. If you’re hanging to see what we have coming soon, make sure you subscribe to our newsletter for upcoming sneak peaks.
